3D Exterior Perspective Renderings Gallery

What to know about 3D Exterior Renderings.

Our custom 3D exterior perspective renderings show a complete scene that usually includes a structure and a site.

In order to make a 3D exterior rendering we ask for floor plans, elevations and sections of the building and a list of finishes. Site and landscape plans are needed to make the site.

We assemble the wireframe of the scene and take draft snapshots. We show these to the client in order to verify that the view location is right for the goals of the rendering. Any needed adjustments are made.

When the client approves the view, we make and apply finishes to the wireframe.

Next, any FF&E (furniture, fixtures or equipment) are added to the scene. Some furniture and equipment manufacturers maintain on-line resources of 3d geometry for their products. We will adapt these for use in your scenes. The 3D Warehouse by Trimble is one such resource.

Draft views are presented, revised and retouched until the project is finished.
